Hamburguer / Navigator

The Navigator shows a drop-down list of the functions (menus and submenus) that are available to you. You can open any of the work areas to which you have access.

Depending on your layout, you will have access to the same thing but through a different route.

As an implementation consultant, you will most likely use these apps in the red boxes, organized by function groups a lot.

Let's talk about these briefly, as well as your purpose.

Offerings --> are application solution sets that represent one or more business processes and activities and are typically provisioned and implemented as a group. As a result, they are the primary drivers of the functional configuration of Oracle Fusion applications. This is your store, where you will choose and activate your service / function / app based on the Customer license contract with Oracle for your project.

Setup and Maintenance --> You must begin the setup process after you enable an offering and configure the opt-in selection of its functional areas and features. To guide you through optimal implementation requirements, a sequenced list of tasks representing setup best practices based on your opt-in configuration of the features is shown for each functional area. Enter the setup data represented by the tasks. The display order of tasks, like functional areas, always reflects the sequence in which they should be performed to address setup data dependencies.

Tools

Schedule Processes --> perform tasks that are too complex or time-consuming to perform manually, such as importing data or updating a large number of records. You can run scheduled processes on a recurring basis and send notifications based on the outcome of the process.

Security Console --> To manage application security in your Oracle Applications Cloud service, use the Security Console. Perform security-related tasks such as role management, role analysis, user-account management, and certificate management using the IT Security Manager role.

Reports and Analytics --> Oracle Fusion Applications reports and analytics are built on the Oracle Business Intelligence platform. When you installed and configured Oracle Fusion Applications, you also installed the Oracle Business Intelligence components, which enable your applications' reporting and analytical features.

Import Management --> The Manage Imports page of the Import Queue tab displays as infotiles the four types of import queues.

Export Management --> You can use Export Management to export data from Oracle Applications Cloud as CSV files.

File Import and Export --> You can import and export data between applications. The content is stored in a repository, and the import and export processes handle data movement into and out of the repository.

Integration experts prepare data for import and export. Processes are run by application administrators to import data from content repositories into application transaction tables or to retrieve data exported from applications.
